About the company

Dipol Polska

A software company from Rzeszów in south-eastern Poland. Founded in 2009, building software for schools and employers ever since.

Our history

Dipol Polska Sp. z o.o. was founded in 2009 with a straightforward brief: build practical software that people can actually use. From the beginning we have worked closely with our customers — understanding how an institution really operates before designing anything for it. Tens of thousands of people now use the results.

eDziecko, our flagship product, has been in continuous development since 2011. It started as a billing tool for kindergartens and grew into a platform covering nurseries, kindergartens, school canteens, after-school care, online enrolment, student cards and access control to the building.

We work with both private and public institutions. One detail matters more than it sounds: the licence is not capped by the number of staff or parents using the system. You pay per institution, not per seat.

What sets us apart

Over a decade of development

We have been developing our systems since 2011. We know how educational institutions actually work and where their days go wrong.

Tens of thousands of users

Small private kindergartens and large public institutions alike run on our software.

Security and GDPR

Encrypted connections, regular backups, role-based access control. Where location is used, it is recorded only at the moment the user registers an event.

We ask before we build

A serious needs analysis is our standard practice. The system is fitted to the institution, not the other way round.

Our partners

We work with established technology companies on hardware, integration and delivery: Asseco Data Systems, OPTeam and Softres.

What our customers report

The following are summarised from written references given by Polish institutions and translated from Polish.

A school group deployed the kindergarten, canteen and student card modules and eliminated 99% of meal overpayments. Parents report absences in the parent panel, the kitchen is notified and prepares an accurate number of portions.

— Head teacher, School Group No. 1 in Nienadówka

An institution that has used eDziecko for eleven years reports that once the data is entered, generating the monthly reports takes about five minutes.
