We make two families of software: eDziecko, an application used by nurseries, kindergartens and schools to handle attendance, meals and billing, and a set of systems for employers — time and attendance, access control and canteen management.

eDziecko
An application for nurseries, kindergartens and schools. Eight modules cover attendance and meal billing, school canteens, after-school care, enrolment, an electronic register and access control to the building. Institutions license the whole platform or only the modules they need.
Parents use it from a phone or a browser. It installs as a progressive web app straight from the browser, with no software to deploy on site.

Time and attendance recording in four variants — proximity cards, QR codes, browser-only and GPS for field work — which can be combined. Alongside it: access control for buildings and MojaStołówka.pl for workplace canteens.
The same reader hardware and the same card can serve both the access control system and the canteen, which keeps deployment costs down.

A company since 2009
Dipol Polska was founded in 2009. eDziecko, our main product, has been in continuous development since 2011 and is used by tens of thousands of people.
Licensed per institution
The licence is not capped by the number of staff or parents using the system. You pay per institution, not per seat.
GDPR by design
Encrypted connections, role-based access, regular backups. Where location is involved, we record a position only at the moment a user registers an event — we do not track movement.

We work with Asseco Data Systems, OPTeam and Softres on hardware, integration and delivery.
