Time and attendance (RCP)
Records working time and produces the evidence an employer needs. Available in four variants, which can be combined within one organisation:
- Proximity cards — the recommended option for a fixed workplace.
- QR codes — the employee scans a code; no position is stored.
- No device — the employee clocks in from a browser.
- GPS — for field work, where the location is the point of the record.
In the GPS variant a position is written only at the moment the employee taps to register the start or end of work. We do not follow routes, we do not run in the background, and technical logs contain no coordinates.
Access control
Controls who may enter which part of a building and when. Rights are granted per person, per door and per time window, and every passage is recorded.
Because access control shares cards and readers with the time and attendance system, an organisation that already runs one can add the other without new hardware for every employee.

Canteen management for workplaces: the menu, orders, settlement and reporting. Employees order from a phone or a browser and collect the meal with the card they already carry.
Serving a meal never involves location data. The card or the code is all that is checked.
One supplier, one contract
The three systems are built and supported by the same company. That means one contract, one support desk and one set of cards for the employee — rather than three vendors blaming each other when a reader stops responding.

How many ways can working time be recorded?
Four: proximity cards, QR codes, browser-only with no device, and GPS for field work. They can be combined within one organisation — production on cards, the office in a browser, field staff on GPS.
Which variant do you recommend?
Proximity cards for a fixed workplace. They are the fastest, do not depend on the employee’s phone and are least prone to error.
Do you track employees?

Is a position stored when a QR code is used?
No. The code is checked on the fly and no location is stored anywhere, including technical logs.
